The good thing about traditional Indian food is that it is rich in flavors, herbs and spices, and includes a lot of grains, which makes it rich in fibre. However, the primary use of grains renders the food very high in carbohydrate and low in protein content. Also, the use of oil in almost every recipe makes it high in saturated fats and cholesterol. Further, the usual cooking techniques adopted, such as frying ‘sabzi’ for long duration, can destroy the entire nutrition of the meal. Thus, our traditional Indian meals, though very rich in taste, are high in carbohydrates, saturated fats and cholesterol, and deficient in proteins and other important vitamins and minerals.
We at Vigour Bowl have come up with recipes which keep all the goodness of traditional Indian food but none of the bad points. Our meals, besides having the authentic Indian flavors, herbs and spices which enhance taste and boost your digestion, are rich in proteins, antioxidants, dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals, and limited in carbohydrates, fats and cholesterol.

How we do it?
Studies show that storing veggies in refrigerator can take away their goodness. So, to ensure that our vegetables never visit the refrigerator before being delivered to you, we handpick fresh veggies from farms early morning the same day.
Once washed, all our ingredients are prepared and packed in our kitchen untouched by human hands and maintaining highest standards of hygiene and Love
The healthiest of the salads is delivered to you as fresh as possible at your chosen place (Can be your office, gym, home and even your bus stop!) and time
